In order to ensure general security, occupational safety and work order in the company headquarters/branch or warehouses where you come as a visitor for private or official reasons, your identity information regarding your name and surname, your contact information and signature, your vehicle's license plate are taken at your entrance and exit, and also through the camera system in the workplace. Your images are recorded and saved. All your recorded personal data will be automatically deleted and destroyed within thirty days. Your saved personal data will not be used for purposes other than specified. If you do not give explicit consent to the processing of your requested personal data in accordance with its purpose, you will not be able to benefit from the opportunity to enter the company headquarters/branch or warehouse area as a visitor. If your visit occurs, you will be deemed to have accepted the recording of your personal data with explicit consent. If you have a request with your recorded personal data, you can apply via e-mail to our companies' e-mail addresses info@ddspanel.com.tr with your e-signature, by sending a notice through a notary, or by coming to the company headquarters with a document that will indicate your identity, and to the KVKK representative. You have the right to apply in person. A decision on your request will be made within 30 days at the latest and you will be informed at the address you specified.
